Load Test Reports
Information recorded from on-site tests is presented in the format of a load test report accompanied by a graph, plotting extension against load. The test report provides details of progressive loading and reactions from cyclic loading, with extension and relaxation recorded.

Calibration of Equipment
Gauges are calibrated prior to testing and recalibrated following every 100 stressing operations or 30 days, whichever is sooner.

Use of Pressure Gauges or Load Cells
Dywidag-Systems utilise both pressure gauges and load cells in stressing operations. A system of multiple pressure gauges and transducers can be incorporated to suit specific requirements. Load cells provide a convenient means for short term monitoring.
